Account and Access Issues
Resolve login problems, permission errors, and team member access issues.
Can't Log In
If you're having trouble logging into your account:
- Check your email — make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with
- Reset your password — click "Forgot password" on the login page to receive a reset link
- Check your spam folder — password reset emails sometimes end up in spam or junk
- Clear your browser cache — outdated cookies can cause login issues
Team Member Can't Access Features
If a team member reports they can't see or use certain features:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Check their assigned role:
- Owners — full access to everything
- Admins — can manage classes, enrollments, and view reports
- Managers — can take attendance and view rosters only
- Upgrade their role if they need additional access
Invitation Email Not Received
When you invite a team member and they don't receive the email:
- Ask them to check their spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Resend the invitation from Settings > Team
- If the issue persists, have them try adding
[email protected]to their email contacts
Locked Out After Too Many Attempts
For security, accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow to get back in immediately.
Need to Change Your Email Address
To update the email address associated with your account, go to Settings > Organization and update your contact information. If you need to change the login email itself, contact our support team for assistance.
