Managing Enrollments
Learn how to manage, transfer, and handle enrollment changes for your classes.
Viewing Enrollments
Navigate to your class roster to see all current enrollments. You can filter by:
- Class
- Status (active, waitlisted, cancelled)
- Date range
Processing New Enrollments
When a family enrolls through your booking page, you'll receive a notification. The enrollment will automatically:
- Add the participant to the class roster
- Process payment if configured
- Send a confirmation email to the family
Handling Changes
Transfers
If a participant needs to switch to a different session:
- Open the enrollment details
- Select "Transfer" and choose the new session
- Any pricing differences will be calculated automatically
Cancellations
Process cancellations and refunds through the enrollment detail page. Joyn tracks all financial transactions for your records.
Waitlist Management
When a class reaches capacity, new enrollments are automatically added to the waitlist. When a spot opens up, the next family on the waitlist is notified.
