Managing Enrollments

Learn how to manage, transfer, and handle enrollment changes for your classes.

Viewing Enrollments

Navigate to your class roster to see all current enrollments. You can filter by:

  • Class
  • Status (active, waitlisted, cancelled)
  • Date range

Processing New Enrollments

When a family enrolls through your booking page, you'll receive a notification. The enrollment will automatically:

  • Add the participant to the class roster
  • Process payment if configured
  • Send a confirmation email to the family

Handling Changes

Transfers

If a participant needs to switch to a different session:

  1. Open the enrollment details
  2. Select "Transfer" and choose the new session
  3. Any pricing differences will be calculated automatically

Cancellations

Process cancellations and refunds through the enrollment detail page. Joyn tracks all financial transactions for your records.

Waitlist Management

When a class reaches capacity, new enrollments are automatically added to the waitlist. When a spot opens up, the next family on the waitlist is notified.
